Discovering your voice is essential as an entrepreneur, coach or movement leader and the best way to have influence is to know where your edge is. If you want to become an influential leader then you need transformation.
Transformation happens a much faster when you commit to the transformational journey.
You have to push through and decide you want the breakthrough.
If you’ll be willing to ask yourself and God questions each day it will help you get on the discovery path, rather than having life just happen to you.
Choosing powerfully to live a life of transformation will help you build confidence rather than feeling held captive.
Although experiences are without question powerful, we can facilitate our own growth by simply deciding.
Here are some things to help you trigger your thoughts each day for discovering your voice. Remember to record yourself with audio or video.
- Ask yourself, “How can I go bigger?”
- Ask yourself, “How can I go deeper?”
- Practice getting comfortable with butterflies.
- Choose to be the cause of something great.
- Don’t be a copycat. Share YOUR wisdom.
- Be passionate, not boring. (Don’t sugarcoat or overcompensate.)

- Share your journey with your dream clients and engage your tribe.
- Stop comparing yourself to others.
- Ask yourself, “What are my biggest fears?”
- Just believe your voice matters. If you don’t believe then answer the question, “Why?”.
Pick one of those topics above and run with it and let your thoughts and words flow naturally. Record yourself.
The point is to trigger an inner dialogue and release it. If you don’t have an answer to the questions, pretend you do or pretend you’re giving advice to a friend (That’s a great tip, folks). Just go with it to get your voice to come out. Journal it, record it, video it. Just do something to forward your process and practice using your voice until you’ve found your authentic edge.
